did a VO2 max test today, very tired, got 53 or 55 can't remember. this puts me in top 15% or so of at least the AUS population, happy with this, need sleep...

btw, VO2 max tests are basically sitting on a stationary bike and riding until you drop, literally, while the resistance increases.

just read that douglas adams has died of a heart attack in the US. this is a little sad as i hoping to see another hitchhikers guide or maybe even another dirk gently masterpiece. he is reported to have been working on a film version of some of his work, with disney.
